L.A. Nails 3880 Irving Mall, Irving, TX 75062

"I got a full set done 10/27/23 (Friday) by Sunday 10/29 I had 3 nails on one hand to come off like they were press ons, and 2 lifting up on the other, I went Tuesday to get the 3 nails repaired and she filed the nails in the other hand which made them look like I needed a refill, on 11/2 2 of the 3 nails repaired came off, today is 11/3/23 I have 3 nails on one have and none on the other. SN: when I went in Tuesday I tipped the lady $5 not for the service but because of her willingness to try to fix the problem. Their customer service is great it’s the quality of service it horrible."

"Took my granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter got the dip Nails beautiful came out so good she has short nails so it was perfect. Me on the other hand asked for full set stiletto. Even showed her a picture of my nails from before so she knew exactly what I was talking about. Said yes and started my nails kept doing the almond shape and I kept telling her no they need to be sharper. Ended up with fat almond bumpy nails with dents hitting under a Polish."

"They charged my mom $50 dollars and the job they did was horrible they didn’t listen to us and did what they wanted her nails were not straight and it was horrible she had to go fix them at home it’s just crazy how they do what they want how they don’t listen to the clients and how the finish product is beyond ugly not professional and just bad bad bad!!!!!!if I could do 0 stars I would!!!!"

"This is the first time my mom and sisters went to get their nails done done and the people that work here were very friendly and they were helpful when my mom told them she didn’t know what she wanted to do to her fingernails they gave her some ideas that would look good on her specific nails."
