"Horrible service from the second you step foot in the door….. check in was such a mess, the line was all the way outside with 2 people checking in everyone plus the people coming in for TIMED parties! And had to wait for an inconsiderable amount of time especially when they have someone trying to type with 3 inch nails. The rudeness of LEON the manager was so bad and embarrassing the way he address issue and just walked away. My daughter just booked a party for for my granddaughter there and we are cancelling seeing the way the family got treated yesterday 2/24/2024 at a party we attended was so rude and disrespectful we won’t have our guest deal with this type of service! We became aware that you have to pay for adults that attended the party without children who are just sitting there. When the host questioned the fees she was treating so rude! All this happened as they were about to light the candle and sing happy birthday to her daughter! #businessownergetbetterpeopletorepresentyourcompany"

"We love Kids Empire in Pasadena! I have a 2.5 year old. She is too little to go by herself but everything is high enough that adults can maneuver thru easily. They also have a section just for the little ones. We love the dance room. $20 for (1) child and (2) adults and you can leave and come back on the same day! The place is very clean including the bathroom and the staff is friendly and helpful."

"My son and I really enjoyed going to Kids Empire in Pasadena. The employees were very friendly and signing the waivers online made it super fast to get in. My son spent most of his time at the toddler area and he loved it. The toddler area had slides, a ball pit and more. We then went to the bigger area, it was nice however I prefer the toddler area since I was running around everywhere to make sure he didn’t fall or run into someone since there were a lot bigger kids there. The dancing room is a nice touch and he had a blast dancing there. Will definitely be coming back since he enjoyed it so much."
