"Too bad that non-contractors can not use this business."
"Not easy to find Will Call for order pickup. No signage and receptionist on intercom was seriously unhelpful and downright grumpy. From the front, go down the right side of the building and about halfway across the back, after you pass the loading docks, you'll see an open roll up door with an entrance next to it, faded sign over it says Will Call. You might find someone in there that can help you. If you pass containers with duct work attached, you've gone too far."
