"My husband recommended that I get catfish, chicken tenders and potato wedges for our son’s graduation/send off party. I went so far as to purchase a few food items, in advance, so that I could taste them, as I had never eaten from the deli section. I did this on Wednesday, August 2. I even asked when should return to place my order. I was told that they needed 24 hours. I returned on Thursday, August 3 to place my order. My order was taken, my name and phone number were written down on the order. I told them I would like to pick up the food on Friday around 4/4:30p. My order was placed on the board. I was told that I would receive a phone call to make sure I still wanted the order. I did not receive a phone call. I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to Friday. I’m in full party planning mode. I pack my vehicle and head towards the venue. My husband puts a few other items in his car and heads to WinCo. He calls me, from the deli counter, and tells me that our order has been canceled. I thought that he was joking. Unfortunately, he was not. Our order was canceled, by whom? We don’t know. According to the associate, two girls came in and canceled the order. I find this very difficult to believe. Our order was still on the board. Should not a canceled order be discarded? I digress, the associate offered to start our so called “canceled” order AFTER he came back from his 10 minute break. This was unacceptable. Our event started at 7pm. We elected to not purchase food from your store. All was going as planned, until we got to your Duncanville store. Now we have no food for our guests. I did everything I was asked to do, I came in 24 hours in advance to place my order. But for what? For my order to be canceled? Imagine planning a party, ordering food, only to have the food unavailable. This was an epic fail on your part. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement."

"Don’t buy dog or cat food here. Not sure where they store it, but it had moths and worms in it. Another time we bought canned cat food and it had dead worms and what looked like mice droppings in the box. No one wants that nastiness in their homes!"

"I love the prices! I come for the bulk stuff, they have rice, grains, granola, pastas, trail mixes and every kind of candy out there"

"This is one of my favorite stores to shop for food at a reasonable price. I was a little disappointed when I went to the Deli area and it took at least 3 minutes maybe longer to acknowledge that I was there.... for the amount of workers that were directly in front of me. I would have thought someone out of the 4 or more women would have said something sooner. So I just waited patiently and was trying to be understanding that they were doing other tasks within that area. The chicken was a little dry and maybe had been sitting out longer than usual."
