"This place does great work but I am so unhappy with my last visit. I told the tech on three different occasions that I wanted a gel mani and pedi for my 10 year old. I waited in the waiting area and once they were done they charged me for a service I did not authorize. They said my 10 daughter asked for the service which was untrue. We’ve been here multiple times and she can’t even tolerate a callous removal treatment. I talked to the lady and she got super loud and unprofessional with me saying it what my 10 yo asked for. No ma’am I was clear when I told you what I wanted. Not good business practice to finesse a kid. You’ve lost a customer over this. I teach my kid boundaries and you all most definitely crossed them by imposing this service on her."

I payed a total of 40 with no polish on my nails a bit pricey but i didnt have a bad experience. I have small nails and hate going to different places but the lady at desk 7 was really cool about it and was very nice. It was 37 but tipped 2 dollars. I will be going regularly"

"My very needed and deserved, ME time! The ladies are respectful and helpful. I like that they are not overcrowded, even though they have a lot of clients. I can relax and unwind at easy. My nails always come nice and beautiful out of there. Unfortunately, not all the employees have the same expertise."
