"There was a sale going on for Nail polish and I came in trying to pick out colors but a heavy set white woman employee was just awkwardly standing right in front of me staring me down to the point where it made me uncomfortable so I left without even buying anything. I came in to spend money, not be a thief. Will go to a different location from now on."

This is the first time I’ve been in a Sally’s (TX and NY) where I received any type of customer service. I’m truly thankful for the knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness. "I went to get ear piercings and detangler for my daughter and the lady at the front desk was very dismissive telling me they were out of stock only to find the item I was looking for opposite me. Thankfully the other lady that checked me out was polite and helped me get a detangler. Customer service is not for everyone especially if they want to choose who or who not to attend to."
