"I don’t know what happened with their customer service but now they are very unprofessional. I took my daughters to get their nails done and I showed them the pictures of how they wanted them exactly and asked to put 2 letters also. They told me the prices for both daughters and I had to run an errand fast so I left my girls there to get their nails done. My daughters call me telling me that they changed both prices and they were being rude. Then saying they don’t know how to do nails like that. I told my girls just get the nails taken off and I will give my business to more respectful people. I also told my daughters get out of there and go to the coffee place next door because I don’t need them being disrespectful to my daughters like they were. Just because they are young and Hispanic doesn’t mean they can treat them bad."

"Don did so great with my 3 year olds first time at a nail salon! Will definitely be going back. He was patient and so sweet and added glitter because she wouldn’t stop talking about how much she loved glitter. Thank you Don for making my daughters experience great!"

"Rude rude rude!!! Horrible customer service! I expect them to always talk among themselves and laugh but today was particularly horrible, do they not have common sense to know that what they’re doing is very rude?? 4 technicians did my moms, my Daughters and myself, all talking to each other after I would ask a question and then laugh. They were trying to charge me $20 for gel on my toes and $20 on my nails, I have NEVER PAID THAT MUCH! When I said No then she said $15, really? Then they made my mom feel bad about her callous, they said it was extra because her feet had too much, but they said it in such a tone that it made my already embarrassed mom feel worse. Charged extra for white tip nail Polish and it has been 3 days and already peeled off. The place was empty, I had never visited a place that was completely empty. That should tell you everything you need to know! Read the reviews, the service is HORRIBLE!!! I rather wait at another location, than visit this place again, they do nothing to bring back customers ! Avoid this place!!!"

"They were great. This is the first place I have had the option to do a scented pedicure since they had essential oil options available. My feet feel so soft and, they did a beautiful job. The lady who did my pedicure did not talk to me much. I'm not much or a talker, so this was a lovely experience for me. They did a wax thing on my feet and used hot rocks on my legs. Wonderful place."
