"They absolutely have the best customer service,I mean from when I called to book my nail appointment to the time I walked through the door I felt so comfortable and welcomed and heard !!I don’t get my nail done so I did have a lot of questions but everyone was so helpful and attentive to my needs.My aunt and I both got dip nails and gel toes and we both love everything! Everything is so clean I mean even the towel under my nails smelled pleasant.Very well priced for the work .We also got some drinks at the bar ,which was brought to us during our pedicures, drinks are very good ! everything about this place is 10/10 and my aunt and I will be back ! "Great customer service from everyone! Joseph has become my regular tech as he is professional, listens to what I want & DELIVERS each time. I mentioned to him my very 1st time here that I have a professional cleaning business and needed something strong for my nails. He gave me his professional recommendations (to get acrylic). I was shocked at how strong my nails were and have been to him ever since! Ken is also very professional and takes care of my pedicures! He is very kind, professional, talented, & detail oriented! Highly recommend this salon!"

"Pedicure tech was fantastic. Mani tech, not so much. Treated myself as a holiday gift to a mani/pedi. Spent almost $200 including tip. Mani tech barely did heavenly mani I opted for and nail job was shoddy. Too much space between polish (I can tell by looking at toes which were same gel polish) and it started peeling off the next day. I live an hour away so don't come into town often and there was a holiday. Tried calling, straight to voice-mail and no mailbox set up. Came back in the following week to explain (got done on 12/28, came back on 01/04) and person at front desk wouldn't do anything but offer me a discount. Avoid this place if you want quality!!! Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc pedi female tech was amazing. She should find a job elsewhere where they care about doing their customers right. She had even conversed with me and knew this was an unusual treat to myself. Like once every few years. Very disappointed."
