"I've been a customer for over 5 years and I can't express how disappointed I am. I will admit they are nice people until you have a complaint. Whenever I got a new set Lee would never soak them off she would pick the acrylic off my nails. I can't express the pain. I asked several times to soak then off and told them I'd pay extra, but she immediately had an attitude WTH. Not only did it hurt but it damages your nail. Today I walked out and will never go back. I hate changing nail techs but I'm fed up with her. If you're ok getting the acrylic lifted off your nails and you enjoy pain, it's a great place. I was a good customer and my feelings are very hurt."
