"Usually nasty and unorganized however closest location to me. Closes at random during normal operating hours. Closed today 6/28/22 at 5:30 pm cst. If the site was updated to reflect these hours I wouldn't have driven to this location. I swear companies in or near Lakeworth, TX have little to no standards_ franchise or not. The customer service and/ or standard protocol procedures/ policies truly do not apply to businesses in Lakeworth/ FT WTH area. In one word. Garbage. Throw the whole staff away. Franchise owners too if you will."
"There’s a very unpleasant lady by the name of Stephanie that works the register and said she’s assistant manager. She makes up prices for items that donot have price tags. Rolls her eyes and smacks her teeth when I show her we’re the item was placed clearly with the price sticker beneath it. Maybe lack of Trainning or just doesn’t understand the concept of the customer is always right! The store looks like a zoo how messy it is by the way!"

"It's ok except sometimes I feel like they treat me like I'm gonna steal something even though I spend quite a bit every time I go! Oh well I get it they probably get alot of theft but maybe they should treat us according to innocent until proven otherwise. Because noone likes being treated like a criminal."
