"I had been getting my nails done here for over 3 months mostly long ombré acrylic sets, just returned back from a exhausting trip and decided to get a short set and a pedicure I liked my toes as I did not my nails and notified the front as they were getting ready to close that I would pay and return for free service as acrylic sets are hard to soak off and was asking my designs and shaping be fixed because my entire cuticle on all my nails we flooded and the nail file used had tore into the meat of my cuticle instead the police were called and I was arrested and sat in Tarrant county jail for 2 days behind theft of service not once did they have any integrity or agree that I could return free of service to fix their error/ wrong doing my nails look like press ons - multiple other shops advised due to my skin on my nails I should allow them to grow out so I have no further damage or infection"

"I went in for a French manicure. My nails were not extremely long but definitely long enough to do it. I asked them to be thin squared with rounded edges. When I question for them to be thinner he got up got the owner he walked away and someone else started doing them. When I was done there was white dip or acrylic dust all in my nails. Both managers or owners admitted they could see it. They knew I was on my lunch hour which had already been extended due to the fact that he had messed up one of the nails the first time. They offered to redo them. I stated I worked across the street and that it was convenient to go to. It was only my second time there. She stated I was always a problem and that she wouldn’t argue with me! I then asked her if she was saying “I was the problem?” because she wasn’t even there the first time I came in. Look at the pictures let them speak for themselves yes they offered to fix it but at that point .2 people had done it and it’s easier if I just learn from my mistake. I also received a pedicure which was fine that I paid for."
