"I went in about a week ago for a full lash extensions, by the 3rd day they all fell out and the experience was painful and the lady used way too much glue. I went in 2 days later to get a fill they looked great and no pain, later that night my eye started to get extremely red ( only one eye) and it got infected. i had to remove the lashes because my eye was so swollen. The lady glued the extensions onto my skin. Worst experience. not sure if they sanitize the equipment but i will never return back here. I didnt get the fill for free, even tho i went in 3 days after getting it done the first time they are supposed to last 2 weeks before getting a fill not 3 days"

"2 days before my SPECIAL DAY, and my pedicure comes out looking like this. I’m not the type to ever complain but this is by far one of the most unsatisfying customer service I’ve ever experienced. I normally go to Tom for my nails and the lady who works at the first chair ( forgot her name), but I was told Tom was out of town, so I still decided to take a chance and give someone else a try. Now I have to go somewhere else in spin, extra to get a more smoother look."

"Wow what can I say about my favorite nail spa. I've been a loyal customer since they were in the smaller shop next door to their current location. Broke is awesome as well as my nail tech Kevin who does my nails to this day and always inpresses me with every set. Kevin's mom is amazing at pedicures and Chi can make your eyelashes and brows super glamorous. Love these guys and their services for over 10 years"

"I have been trying to find a new nail place. I stopped here because I get my eyebrows done at the place next-door. The nail tech that was doing my nails seemed really nice until she cut me four times with the drill 4x. She asked me when I come back to get a fill I told her it depends on how this goes. I don’t like nail shops, because they are not as precise as freelance nail techs. But I wanted to give this place a try. The lady messed up the French tip three times she complained the whole time telling me that I should’ve told her how to fix. As you can see from the pictures I posted she did not do the French tip. She wasn’t able to and told me the person could do it wasn’t there. I don’t understand why she didn’t say that instead of wasting my time getting nails I didn’t even want and now my fingers are cut up for no reason. With all that I stayed as polite as I could. The man there had to show her where my nail was missing acrylic and she acted like that was my fault as well. I hate these nails in this literally ruined my whole day. I hate these nails so bad and I still had to pay $50 for nails that I hate and cut up fingers. INSANE!"
