"I had a great experience working with New Stone Concepts. They were great at answering any questions I had about the different materials. Was an easy process picking out from their remnant pieces. Had someone in home to measure within a week and the counter top was installed the following. They even came and were done before the aloted window of time. Very efficient."
"New Stone was very easy to work with. They had a nice selection of quartz and granite in their slab yard. They were very knowledgeable and honestly probably priced the best too. Install went very smoothly and there were no surprises which is all you could hope for."
"Highly recommend New Stone Concepts! They are meticulous beyond expectations! They pay attention to every detail and comprehend exactly what the client wants and expects. They are great at making suggestions too. We have used them (3) different times ( Two Bathrooms/One Kitchen) Our son and daughter have also used them for projects in their homes. As I stated before: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
"My Silestone Eternal Marfil 3 cm quartz countertops were installed on 10/26/2018. I had contacted many other vendors, but Newstone's was the most competitive bid. I was wary of their low price and skeptical after reading the reviews on another website. I did give them a hard time with the contract, and got the actual sizes in writing before the initial payment was done. On the day of installation, Carlos and Oscar came to my house on time, and did a really good job. Carlos helped with some modifications for the cooktop base cabinet too. The quartz countertop looks marvellous. Cleanup was also pretty good. And, No, DJ/Allyson/Renay or anyone else there is not related to me :-)"
"Had I known that this is the company that Lowe's would contract with before hand, I would have done my research and told them to use another company. They don't honor their window of time, and based on other reviews, we are not the only ones to encounter this. They showed up two hours late, and while it was my choice to allow them to show up at almost 8pm at night, I wasn't really given another option. The only other option was to wait another week and a half after waiting a month already for my countertops. They showed up, rushed to put the counters in, and left. They asked me where we wanted the hole drilled for the soap dispenser we wanted to install, and then proceeded to block the hole with a brace for the undermount sink. Essentially rendering the hole useless. We didn't realize it until the next day when my husband went to install the faucet, that they had blocked the hole, so we had to call them and have them come back. I personally spoke to the install manager who assured me that he would be there on the agreed upon day and time. He didn't even give me a window and told me he would be there at 3pm. Guess what? Yep, you guessed it, he didn't show up. Not at 3:15, not at 3:30. At 4pm, I called the customer service number and asked them where he was that he was supposed to be there at 3pm. They gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him. Seriously?! Why should I have to call him? Whatever. I called. And called. And called. After 1 voicemail, 4 calls and no response, I called them back and told them I couldn't get a hold of him and they needed to get a hold of him and find out when he was coming. He finally showed up about 5pm after my husband had been waiting for 2 hours. Ridiculous. I should have some of the cost of the installation refunded to me for wasting so much of my time! Knowing what I know now, not only will I never use Lowe's to do work like this nor would I ever use this company! Stay as far away unless you like having your time wasted."
