"We are only rating 3 stars bc this review is written out of frustration. Our order template was miscalculating materials, and instead of the branch calling to confirm the amounts of underlayment that were CLEARLY over the amounts needed compared to our shingle count.... THEY DELIVERED 43 ROLLS OF UNDERLAYMENT!!!! FORTY THREE!!! Of course this happens only when our rep is out of the office, because Marissa G. would NEVERRRRRRRRR let this happen! What a shame, the inconvenience this causes for all parties is unacceptable. If it weren't for Marissa and her tenacity, things like this would happen regularly....."
