"The cashiers are fantastic and have helped me a lot! I would give them 5 stars. I have 1 main complaint. This store leaves old sales tags on the shelves. When you go, make sure to pay close attention to the date! Today I went in and the tags were 2 days old! I've never had to check if the displayed sales were expired before. Now I do. I have seen this at this store enough times that I lost count."

"Always out of food that is on sale and when you scan their digital coupons, it never recognizes the barcode or says it is expired when there is not a date or a date that hasn't passed yet. If you do not pay attention to what rings up and what is actually taken off at the end, you will end up paying full price for discounts. Or you will have to spend 15 minutes or more waiting for them to verify and fix it. I've posted pictures of some of the items for this week that do it."

He was tasked with purchasing balloons, and Kroger's team made it an epic adventure. Making sure everyone knew he was there and to tease him about how embarrassing he looked! LOL The staff's commitment to customer engagement shone brightly as they announced Mitch over the intercom, inviting everyone to partake in the laughter and joy his appearance brought to the store. They didn't just stop there; they ensured Mitch took a whimsical walk throughout the store, parading his feathery attire and heart-shaped balloons with a good-natured spirit that had everyone chuckling. The sight was nothing short of a spectacle — the sheer size of the red balloons Mitch carried, matched only by his oversized duck feet, made for a comical and heartwarming scene. It's not every day you see such a sight, and it was clear that Mitch enjoyed every moment of his duck march. Kroger's floral department didn't just sell balloons; they created a memorable experience for everyone involved. Their warm-heartedness and playfulness turned what could have been a simple errand into a story we'll tell for years to come. "I like coming here for the sushi and using curbside service. This time, I also purchased some snack packs and other items. Imagine my disgust seeing molded cheese! Come on, Kroger. For the price, you should check the food you sell!"
