As I have always said, what makes a business stand out is not that they never make a mistake, because no one is perfect, but it's how they respond when they do make a mistake. An error were made in the installation of the flooring/steps and the problem was corrected quite satisfactorily, however an additional issue was discovered and verified - 2 years later! And how did Texas Pride Custom Floors respond? With an apology and an offer to make restitution! You cannot get better that that."

"We were in the market for new flooring to replace our existing tile and carpet in our home. We were initially interested in wood like tile but we weren't sure that was in our budget. We decided to check out Texas Pride Custom Floors as they are local and we had heard good things. We worked with Brett and PJ on the different selections that they had to offer. Once we were in the store we really fell in love with the waterproof laminate selection that they had to offer. Their team did a great job explaining the benefits to the laminate and in the end that was going to be the best fit for us. We took home a few samples and by the end of the day we had made a selection. Within a few hours of making our selection PJ sent over the proposal and we accepted. The next day we put down the deposit and the materials were ordered. The installation team came out and completed the job from start to finish in just two days!! This included the demo of all the tile and removal of carpet. Our home is just over 1500sqft and they were able to get all the demo and prep work out of the way in the first day. Job was completed and the team was walking out by 6pm the next day. Not only was I impressed with the completion time but the floors looked amazing! It looked like a brand new home. We didn't experience any issues and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Texas Pride Custom Floors for anyone looking to revamp their home."
