"I have known Noel and his family for many years. That alone gave me piece of mind because I know the caliber of man Noel is. Since I had never dealt with Noel in a professional setting or for a home remodeling project I didn’t know what to expect. Noel makes appointments and keeps them. If Noel might be running late, which was infrequent but traffic related, OR early because the previous appointment ended sooner than expected, Noel let me know as soon as he knew. I did not know what product or color of flooring to choose. The first sample that Noel showed me was exactly what I needed. I kept looking at samples because I wanted to make certain that I had seen enough samples to be able to feel secure in the the color of the flooring I chose. Noel did not try to rush me through to make a choice. I could tell that Noel wanted me to take my time and be happy with the product I chose. The color of floor I chose is very light. The flooring brightens up the space and brings all the colors in my home together. True to form, I purchased the very first sample Noel showed me because it was the right color for my space! Because the flooring planks are wide, when installed in the upstairs hallway it made the width of the hallway appear wider than it actually is. I do not like to clean house and I especially do not like to look at dirty looking floors. I am shocked at how easy the flooring is to maintain. I can spot-clean the flooring for tea or cola spots and you can’t tell anything was spilt. The spot doesn’t need to be cleaned at once either! The floor is mopped usually once a week. Not always though! Vacuuming between wet mopping keeps the flooring looking great! When this project started I had an ugly fireplace surround. I checked with Noel and of course, he can replace the tile and update the fireplace! When I initially saw a photo of the “stone” I was again very impressed with the choice Noel made. Regarding the fireplace, the first thing I am asked by friends and family is what kind of “stone” is this! Like me, other people were shocked to learn that the “stone” is porcelain. The way the porcelain is cut gives it a much more impressive look because it has few seams in it making it look more high end. No matter what product or color you choose unless you have the right contractor for the installation process all is for naught! I am really glad Noels Fine Floors was my flooring contractor. It has made all the difference in how my home looks and feels. Thank you guys for an excellent experience and job!"

"Noel and his crew installed 3 marble slabs as a hearth for my fireplace. Noel was quick to respond. Although it was a very small job, he did not say that it was. (2 other tile installers told me the job was "too small.")He came to my home, made measurements, took pictures, brought samples of grout colors and explained the process. The crew arrived on time for the day of service and they laid down paper to protect my floors. Noels Fine Floors gave me excellent service, this company is a crew of perfectionists.
