"Every time I come to this place something happens. They are extremely unorganized. I’ve been coming here for four years and my account is still on hold. I’ve had to fill out paperwork to open account. Every time I come I gave them plans I paid $170 for so they could do a takeoff and they lost the plans and don’t know what I’m talking about. I tried to buy nail Gun. And they couldn’t sell it to me because they don’t know how much they’re selling it for. I’ve already been here for an hour and a half. For a couple boards don’t waste your time with this place. Their rude customer service is complete trash, and they care more about chitchatting with each other, then helping their customers."
