They connected the new floor to the existing floor in the hallway leading into our bedroom, and it looks like it was installed when we originally built the house. Their pricing was competitive and the installers were kind, organized, and clean. We are pleased with using 5 Star Floors and will use them again to install this same floor in the remaining bedrooms. "Update: I still love my floors. Easy to clean. Great purchase. No regrets! -------- The staff here is great. Always gave me their undivided attention each time I went there. I was nervous that the LVP wouldn't look like the sample board. It was slightly off on one color in my opinion, but it still looks great. It looks fantastic! Great workmanship. They came in cutting up the carpet for removal and moving furniture. I didn't expect that, but they had a process. It worked. All done between the hours of 10-4. I was worried about the communication with the installers, but it wasn't a problem. The price was reasonable compared to Home Depot and private installers. The price and product is what sold me."

"I was referred to this company from my sister and my mother who used the Humble location. Five star was also the lowest bid of the three that we selected. We have a house that needed luxury vinyl planks in about 1800 square foot of area and the workers were done in two days. Totally blew my mind. We are talking demo as well. The work was impeccable, super clean , on time, and just completely exceptional. I don’t even think the workers took a lunch break. Everything was cleaned up very well. They didn’t load use our trash cans like previous companies as well. The trimwork with the quarter round was perfect. I just can’t say enough about this company. We are so pleased."
