"Unfortunately this salon is unprofessional when it comes to setting an appointment. This isn’t the first or last time that they do this. But it’s happened to me twice already, the first time I was understanding and was aware that things happen. But for me to call to confirm a time and go out of my way to come back twice, to be told that I have to wait or come another day after the fact that I had an appointment confirmation is very much unprofessional. I have liked the work they have provided in the past being why I came back but their customer service is horrible."
