"Went multiple times to get sand for my pool dealt with a man named Carlos he was very rude each time. Workers outside were definitely more understanding and knowledgeable about the material. And helped me out so much. Won't recommend if you are short tempered and easily triggered by the lack of customer service provided here. A woman named Diane, was such a sweetheart, and was one of the only ones on the inside that had accommodated me so well. Customer service definitely needs to improved, also if you are not sure or don't know it's okay to say let me find out instead of giving false information. I give a 5 star for the workers outside and for Diana. As for the rudeness and lack of knowledge given it's a 1 for me"

"They only have one dock for dryvan and if it is busy they will not let you in, go to a parking lot that is before you get here and come walking with your papers, 45 minutes unloaded."

"Placed a small order for some stones, and didn't receive the correct amount to finish the job. Communicated about it but received a "we will look into it" type of generic answer. Weak communications and the price varied greatly from estimate to final payment. Getting to the point of payment took 1 month. Forwarded a tax exempt form, but never heard back regarding the tax refund after multiple inquiry regarding this. Charged a delivery fee of $700 to "bring" stones to their location from Dallas, which took around 2 months. Will never do business with this location ever again. It's almost basically a scam. Would give 0 star, but since they did somehow procure a sample for me before the purchase, the 1 star is justified."
