"I am always welcomed by friendly staff regardless of what store I am in. This was my first time to this particular store. There were a lot of people waiting for their orders to be completed as well as some still needing to be helped. I only needed one gallon of paint and I was in and out fairly quickly. I waited for a much shorter time than expected. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed prior to leaving the store. I love the quality of the paint. It had been a couple years since I got paint at Sherwin Williams. I had to get paint that matched what I had previously used. I had taken a picture of the paint can showing the type of paint as well as the sticker showing the color. I just showed that to the person helping me and he filled my order. I was a bit sticker shocked by the price but everything has gone up in price since Covid. I would recommend them to others looking for quality paint."

"I have purchased paint from this specific SW on several occasions. I always use the same painter for my projects and tell them this in advance. Even though it took them forever to find the account, I was finally able to place my order. I specifically asked to ensure the discount was applied and was told that it was. With all the COVID19 concerns they bring it to your car. I get the items and check the receipt, but no discount. I am still in the front of the store and call back. Jim first tries to tell me, "You can't use another persons account." I told you in advance it was my painter's account and I have never had an issue in the past. Then he tells me that the vastly over priced $120/gallon varnish does not apply for the discount (by the way you can purchase the exact same product on Amazon for $84.99). I don't want to argue anymore just give me my money back. "We can't do that sir, we are not accepting returns at this time." I am still at the front of the store with a box of products that has not been opened and all I want to do is have someone come back out and take the product, I don't need to go into the store! "No sir, we can't do that." Then let me put the product in front of the door and credit my card. "No sir, we can't do that." You talk about a bait and switch on the phone! You have the nerve to tell me that you are doing me a favor by staying open. News flash, I am the customer and I am doing you the favor by purchasing your products. Well not anymore because I can go down the street to Benjamin Moore where they know how to treat a customer!"
