"I needed to touch up the paint where I replaced a larger thermostat with a new, smaller one, so I brought what I thought was the original can for a match. They suggested bringing in an actual sample from the wall, if possible, so I returned with one and they quickly mixed it for me and got me out the door. I know wet paint is misleading but I was amazed at how exact the match was after it dried,I honestly can't tell where I had to touch up. Thanks to the great staff, your suggestion made all the difference!"

"I needed a gallon of duration satin paint and the only store that had some quarts (no gallons in Houston) was the Klein 2920 store. I called the store and Chance helped me…very professional and helpful. Super positive feedback from my side and told him when I was leaving I wish this location was closer to my side of town!! Ask for chance next time you visit he is super helpful!!"

"Friendly staff. I brought in a piece of the wall ceiling to make sure I get the right color. I even knew the name of the paint. She look at the color book and put it against the sample and it didn't match. So she color match. The first one patch didn't match so she add pigment to make it match and that didn't work. I told her that the paint she using is to shiny which I all ready knew because she went with a semi-gloss and could that the sample was not that shiny.. She did the color match again but use eggshell and it match right up. That's pretty much the norm for matching paint. I went there because I had the name of the paint to avoid color matching. The problem I have is when she pull up my account she said she can give me a bigger discount if apply for a commercial account which means running my credit. Sherwin-Willams why I have to do a credit check to get a decent discount. I don't want inquiries on my credit. I'm come in as a cash customer I should get a bigger discount. That why I don't use your paint you too high. I buy my paint from Home Depot and I get my discount without going through a credit check. I sign up and get my discount. I been on pro status for years. I went on there app pull up my account and show her I have spent right at $9000.00 this year so far. Painting is not my main thing but I still do painting. So I will continue to go where the product is cheaper and just as good and get a better discount without jumping through a bunch of hoops. The only time I go to you is when the customer have your paint already."

We were having a tough time choosing the right color for our home; store manager Mark B. was extremely patient and understanding as we continued going back for paint samples. We weren’t going to meet the deadline for a sale they had, but he kindly extended it a couple days while we decided. In the end, we were happy with the color we chose and pricing. "Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the store and assistance was rendered. I needed to paint my bathroom ceiling and did not know the previous color it was painted in. They then advised me that I could cut a tiny piece of the sheet rock and bring it to them. From that they quickly matched the color. I really like that I was treated in a respectful and courteous manner. Thanks."
