"Rushed over to this location to pick up product. Made it right at 12:55pm but the door was locked and the employee did not open or care. Needed just some stock white ceiling paint. This is totally not acceptable. Your employees should not be locking the door before 1pm. I hope who ever was was running the store 1/29/22 gets written up. Sherwin has been on a down slope as of late. I will be taking my business else where from here on out."

"If you dream about lackluster supply availability and waiting 30 minutes in line with no other customer in the building to see some random guy walk in and get helped immediately, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would stay far far away from this location as they dont seem to care about anything even when management walks by."

"I had come back to this store today because the paint i thought was color match the day before was off. Well come to find out today the manager Joshua who was helping me the day before did not actually do a match. I was just given a red base paint to go home with. I had brought a piece of the wall today so the staff that was helping me was able to match it. But today while one staff was working on my paint gallon there were 4 other people waiting to get help. When tried to get the attention of the other staff we could hear was talking to another person in the office. The manager Joshua came out and said they were all busy and walked back in the office. I believe they did not appreciate that one of the customers whistled to get their attention."

"I came in Saturday and one other customer was getting assistance. I was looking at the color cards and waited for my turn.. Instead another guy came in after me and received assistance first. The one guy at the register took 20 minutes to help him before I was helped. I asked the guy if they have samples he replied they ran out of samples weeks ago. The guy didn't bother to show me colors from the color card wall. He said he would give me a book instead. I told him never mind and left. Below par customer service."
