I told the young lady I needed it but could not come for it so I asked if it could be sent to the SW near me and I'd ask the painter to drive over and pick it up. He drives in from Humble and I felt really bad asking him to drive all the way to Sugarland too. She said oh, no worries, she'd have it delivered. It arrived the next day. I was so grateful!"

Had he just listened to what I thought I needed, it would have been a huge mistake for me. Although I am sure it was obvious I don't know much about types of paint, he was non-judgmental about that and just continued to explain things in a manner until I understood it. At the point of sale, he asked if my contractor had an account with them and I didn't know so I called him and he confirmed that he did, which gave me an additional 30% off the price. The thing is, I didn't even know that was a possibility (the contractor didn't tell me beforehand) and I really appreciate the savings.
