"Don't trust them. The BOL showed 35,700 lbs, when I went to the scale it showed 45,600 lbs, the weight of the load I received was actually supposed to be 42,000 lbs. Be sure to check the scales after you leave here."

"I want to leave a review from personal experience yesterday for shipping and receiving in regards to employment application, and some rules that make me question the safety of the company, and to help prevent any situation from ever happening to somebody. Ladies in the front office and the administration treated me great no complaints about them at all, very sweet and neutral, we need more of them please! One of the supervisors had a hostile behavior, seemed to not make this place worth applying for, his tone , and body language made it uncomfortable when I had just stepped in hoping to be part of the team. *Some Issues I have concerns for are having your phone completely off, or not wearing your mask. In regards to the phone being off, not even on vibrate mode, in the rule book it mentions a no tolerance to any of the rules being violated, which can end up in you being terminated from the job. I choose not to ever apply at this job again, im glad I didn't stay because my wife had a breathing problem on the road later after picking me up, we had to go to emergency in the RGV hospital. If I wouldve taken the job...with my phone completely off it could've been worst. I do hope the company can be more flexible in this topic of phones, for the sole purpose of emergency situations. I've worked in many jobs where I can be off my phone to do my work at all times, but this can cost someone alot if not fixed if the situation ever occurs. Second concern is the mask rules, if you don't wear it you risk getting terminated from the job or less, ironically the supervisor that greeted me wasn't wearing it while I was following protocol. Lead by example. I hope my post can reach the company staff and understand we have families and loved ones. For the supervisor that attended me , youre the image of the company better treatment for the other applicants please."
