"I’m not sure if this is because Of the pandemic. I see really good reviews but I’m not experiencing the same. I went up to the store yesterday at 840 and there was no one there, but there was a note saying “just stepped out, will return shortly, call this number if needed” so I called the number and asked what they’ll be back in. He said the store doesn’t open until 930. Online it says 8a and on the door it says 9a. So I say ok well it says this online and on the door but I’ll Come back. I call the store today at 933 and there was no answer. I call the cell number again and there was no answer. I found a site online before I found LL Hardware that has excellent prices and excellent reviews. I wanted to go in store and most likely make a purchase for my kitchen, but I may have to end up with going with the online store because of this run around. I’ll try once more before I give up."
"The owner was very friendly and helped me carry the sheets of stainless steel out to my car, he even let me cut the sheets in half so they would fit in my car. Very reasonable prices, come see him soon!"
