"Poor quality of work/materials. Tile and carpet was installed in Feb 2011. Grout continues to come out from between tiles leaving large gaps. Carpet looks worn and padding is flat. Workers showed 2 hours late for an appointment and did not have all pre-ordered materials. We will be replacing everything they installed. 2/23/17 update: Today is the day we started taking out everything Cut-rate put in. We're also taking out the original tile that was left in my bathroom and kitchen so the new flooring will match throughout the house. The original is much harder to remove while the tile layed by Cut-rate is much easier. With many hollow places in the thin-set and they didn't scrape/clean the original thin-set before applying the new. $7000 down the drain for everything they did."
