"Very unhappy with my service. Went in for a pedicure today and it was terrible. This was for my daughters birthday and her nail polish is scratched and smushed and so are mine. My toenails arent even cut right. Some are really long and others are slanted. She scrubbed one foot and not the other. My cuticles are all ridged and some weren't even cut right. My foot soak was maybe 5min? How is my skin supposed to get soft enough to be gently cleaned properly? The nail techs were the ones to mess up my daughters toes. After our paint was applied and they sat us to dry . Rather then let us sit and let them dry the ladies kept trying to make us leave. Told them I need to wait and they sent someone else over to get us out. They put the little fake flip flips on my daughter and that's when the smuggled and scratched the polish. Obviously we needed more time to let them dry. After they out the flip flops on the nail tech kept repeating that we were good to go and there was the door... i have no idea why I even paint for something that looks exactly like how I showed up. For 55$ this is the WORST nail place to go. If you have a nail tech here that knows you then maybe you will get lucky but other than that go some where else. Definitely need to file a complaint on sanitization. Did not see 1 license on the wall. So they are not licensed nail techs."
