"I came into McCoy's for the very first time recently and was not impressed by their customer service. I checked on their website about a military discount and no where did it stated I had to sign up before hand to receive the discount. They refused to give me the discount and blamed it on corporate saying it takes a few days to get me in the system before I can receive my discount. And they won't give me the discount retroactively. The only reason I even came in was because there's no Lowe's or Home Depot nearby."

"Customer service at McCoy's is fantastic! I don't plan on shopping at Home Depot ever again! McCoy's has such a nice, organized store that's with not too big but has everything I need. I needed to find something to repair a damaged dresser foot and the gentleman who helped me spent at least 10 minutes finding exactly the right screw and it cost me 67 cents! :) THAT'S the kind of customer service you rarely see!"

The manager himself helped me. I had stopped at 3 different places, which still weren't open at 7:30am, and when I got to McCoy's, I was impressed by the quality of products, the selection, and the fact that they were open when all the others weren't even starting to open yet!!! They saved me time, which to some folks is more important than money!"
