"Don't let the name, Harbor Freight, fool you. It's a Hardware store with "lots of good stuff" and lots of coupons. I love to browse through Hardware Stores, but this particular store was a disappointment: it had 1 register open with a long line waiting to checkout. The manager quickly TOLD me where to find Rotary Tools, but didn't take the time to SHOW me. If he had, he would have seen "There were no Rotary Tools on display." Too bad, I was ready to spend some money!"
"Mission blend location, workers dont have a clue, not even an idea where tools are located and if you ask a question not all of them but one old worker-cashier got upset and have a horrible attitude, manner. Manager, has to do a better job and retrain all employees, so they support customers for any questions ask."
