Reviews of Meow Wolf Grapevine | The Real Unreal
"Meow Wolf, Grapevine did not disappoint. I took my friend here who was visiting out of state for the first time. We loved our experience and would love to visit the other Meow Wolfs. It is an interactive art experience where you get to play detective, immerse yourself, and feel like a kid. It felt like several different movie scenes in one from retro, to futuristic, psychedelic, western, etc. There is something for everyone here. We loved the twists and turns around every corner. The attention to detail is phenomenal. It can be pricey, but check local Dallas pages for discounts or sign up for Meow Wolf emails ahead of time. I had used Dallas Love Lists promo for the BOGO tickets. I would not recommend coming here if you're sensory sensitive since there's bright, flashing lights and tight spaces. It is nice that ticket times are flexible if you need to reschedule, no refunds, however. There is free parking at the mall lot directly outside of the main doors."
"We are visiting from another State. It was a good date night event. I could see how this gallery is for all ages. Very neat experience but too crowded and the price point was too high per person.$49! $30 would be more appropriate for the experience. We took our time and even had a break and parused the merchandise. We were there for 60 minutes. I would not recommend the glasses. My husband said 2 out of 10 with 10 being the best. I would give it a 5 out of 10. I am glad to have had the experience and the art was incredible and the staff very nice and professional."
"This was an absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I went to the Dallas installation and our minds were blown. We are taking our kids in Houston. Very fun for a date or family adventure. Either way you won't be disappointed."
"Interesting place, buy tickets online before you go since it might be sold out. Lots of rooms within rooms, the fridge area is cool, neon lights are fun too. Slide down the washing machine from the front lying down might be easier so you don’t hit your head multiple times. Ask for locker tokens from the front desk nearby to put stuff in! $50 a person for about an hour walking around exploring different rooms, pretty crowded on a weekend."
"It's a pretty cool place to visit. There are lots of things to look at, and you can easily lose track of time in there. This can get very pricey very quickly for a lot of people. A group of 4 adults can average $200+, which was a huge turn-off for our group to return in the future. Yes, they have passes you can buy, but even that is pricey. It's a good one-time thing to do, but the price will keep you wondering whether it's worth the return. This one is inside a mall, which seemed smaller compared to Omega Mart in Vegas, which we had a blast at. Somehow, we just didn't get that same feeling. In conclusion, it's a good place to visit once if you have never been to one of the locations to say you've been there, but somehow, I believe they are missing out on repeat business on price alone."
