Arnold refused take a fresh bundle down from the overhead so I could get what I needed. So, I had to purchased the complete bundle in the overhead (486pcs ) just so I could get the 150 I needed. I've never been treated that poorly by HD before. Then again, it was later at night & the regular pro desk folks who always take good care of me weren't there."
