"Love it!! I nevery hardly wait‼️"
"The owner/manager is super rude! All he cares about is money and doesn’t treat his customers right. I started going when it was under different management and they were the sweetest. This guy needs to get it together. Place seems to always be empty. I can see why. The guy in the front is extremely rude and gets red of how much anger he has. Going to my OG from now on. Just wanted to warn everyone."
"While most of the nail techs are friendly there is a few who just make the place a toxic environment to be in. One gentleman in particular (seems to be management or owner) made a woman cry when I was there, it was extremely uncomfortable for everyone and I felt horrible for the client. He literally was screaming “your mail is not normal!” He is a jerk! Take your money somewhere tomorrow else. He ruins the relaxation time for everyone. If they get rid of this guy you are fine."
"Johnny had amazing customer service and did a great service overall. The manager however was extremely unprofessional in all aspects. A customer came in requesting a certain employee and said she wanted to sit at a particular “table”, which the manager ridiculed her with and correcting her continuously how that wasn’t a table, it was a chair and demonstrated what the difference was as if she didn’t know. Then, a Spanish speaking customer came and he asked for a customer to translate, all the while he’s laying down in one of the pedicure chairs playing his music and videos loud as ever while every one of his employees has headphones, as a professional should especially when customers are around. I couldn’t even hear the person attending me because his phone was so loud. Instead of playing videos and relaxing when there are no other customers to be attended, he could download Duolingo and learn Spanish instead of asking customers to translate for him. After he finished his videos, he turned his screen off and FELL ASLEEP on the recliner while everybody else was working."
"I've been here multiple times and I will say I like the guy who always does my pedicures. I have no beef with him. But the manicures... absolutely hated the service. First visit, I went to get shellac and said it 3 times. The girl cut off all my nails and I told her "wth! Do you know how long it took me to grow these" and she said "oh sorry, I didn't know... so you want nails?" And I'm not sure if it was on purpose or not. Second time I go. They did my nails so bulky if that makes sense. It looked so weird... and only enough the paint work was so patchy!. Third visit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but nope... all nail shape was different almost each nail and patchy again. Also she used to of my real nails instead of acrylic and said it was better. What does that even mean? So wouldn't tou charge me less? But nope... same price . Bottom line... never getting my nails there, only with my main man...the pedicure guy."
