"They ripped off my nails. I walked in and was seated after a 45 minute wait. I informed the man I wanted a dip removal and he attempted to cut off my nails. I told him I wanted to keep my length because they were my natural nails. He then pulls out a nail tip from his drawer and starts ripping off my nails. When I pulled my hand away he grabbed my hand firmly and continued. I made many attempts at showing how much pain I was in. He not only ripped off my nail but a layer of my nail and left them very thin. By the end of the session I was on the verge of tears. This terrible experience was only 10 DOLLARS! When I walked out I burst into tears. I had taken so much time and money growing my nails out for over 3 months. And they were brutally ripped off in the matter if minutes. If I can give them 0 stars I would."

"Good pricing, however I was not greeted and had to wait for a while. $30 for a gel fill. I've been coming here for a while, and they make you wait. You cannot make an appointment here. It's busy and they only have two workers in the whole nail salon. I will not be coming back."
