"Heber did my full set and I love the results! He took extra time to make sure everything came out perfect. I definitely recommend going to him for your set. Tana did my pedicure and she also did great!"
"Definitely don’t recommend. When you come inside the nail shop you have to sign in. Which is not a problem at all, but if I sign in before three other costumers getting nails just as I was then there is really no reason to sign in. Then once I was seated the nail tech still didn’t do my nails because there was another young man that they skipped over for a manicure. The lady was really nice about it but still it’s the principal. So I still had to wait while others after me were getting their nails done. Literally waited an hour for no reason. So noooo I don’t not recommend Rio Nails. Customer services sucks needs a lot of work."
"Wife went for nails and shellac. Man quoted $50 for full set with shellac. Lady who did the nails cut just about every finger and blamed it on me saying it was because my hands were too dry and asking if I was diabetic. Once it was time to pay, she wanted $50 for the set, $15 for shellac and $10 for shaping the set. On the shape, asked for almond shape and kept guiding her through getting the right shape. Still ended up with oval shaped nails. At check out lady said that the man doesn’t speak English well so he probably didn’t understand when he was quoting the price. Even though he gave me a price for the full set then told me the price for full set with shellac for $50. Over in total for my set alone was $75 with cuts all over."
"nails were done on 06.22.2022 around 7pm. Pinky nail fell off overnight while asleep. Called and got told it's my fault and that nothing could be done but to glue it back on... improvement is needed in how long nails last. less than 12 hours for nails to stay on is not worth the price. also the acrylic shelak job done was ugly and not worth $99. the shape was not done right. literally looks like the nails are 2 weeks old ...and not even 24 hours at this point. tech kept using cell phone the entire time; this is not only rude but it is disrespectful and unprofessional"
