"Went in to buy a four-prong dryer cord and when I told the employee what I needed they went and grabbed a cord and walked me to the register. When I got home I saw that it was for a range and not a dryer so I took it back the next day and they were not willing to exchange it"

"The place to go for almost all your DIY needs. This particular Lowes has some of the friendliest staff. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can!"

"Your on Your Own , When You Go In and pretty much the entire time that Your in the store shopping . You have to go to the Lumber side cashier and or their Customer Service. If You need any kind of help in the store . They will call someone to come and help You . Or at least try To . Well . Sometimes even this doesn't work. There just doesn't ever seem to be . More Then a half a Dozen employees out on the sales floor . And there allways hard to find . Unless They have a few customers in line behind them trying to get help . Excepting for the Paint Department. There seems to be Allways at least one Sometimes two people there somewhere . Usually behind the counter making and mixing paint. Good Job on the Paint Department And The People Who Work There . Also the Lumber exit Cashiers and as well all of the Cashiers .Good Job . To All These Folks . They all do Good Work . Other than Not Enogh Help .It Is A Good Store ."

"Nice clean store with helpful employees. I was impressed with the items that the store carried compared to what Home Depot didn't carry. I will definitely focus more on Lowes than any other store similar to them."
