"Great people! Stopped in to look at a Case knife as a gift and they had a good selection and good prices! I will be back."
"Didn’t actually go in because I wanted to make sure they had what I was looking for tried to explain to the lady that answered the phone what I was looking for and since I wasn’t sure of the name or the pronunciation she straight up laughed at me when I tried to say it and when I told her I was calling because I needed help and did not know the name she didn’t even try to help while still laughing she just said I don’t know. I told her that I didn’t think it was funny because that’s why I called for help. I mean if she doesn’t know her merchandise how does she expect me to know it. So unprofessional! Plus never mentioned her name when she answer the phone. Now I don’t even want to go in store."
"Wanted to like this place, but can't. They refuse to outright tell you a price for materials, you have to ask for an estimate for the full amount of materials. I'm not sure if this is standard practice, but it is not ideal or useful to me. Also, I was told they do not carry standard framing lumber, just treated wood, and at a significantly higher price than big name home improvement chain stores. Overall better suited for large contractor business and not a friendly experience for diy/hobby/small businesses."
"Brought in a list of items to build a 2000sqft house. Total bid price was around 15k. They were cheaper on about 4.5k of material. I asked to purchase only the 4.5k of materials. They said no, all or nothing. They could have made the $4.5k sale, but wouldn't budge on the all or nothing. I took my business to the big blue box store, they were about 1k cheaper overall. I wanted my $$ to go to a local small business, but they didn't care to make the sale. Staff was nice."
"They failed to mention that they have a 25% restocking fee on returns, and they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get my return posted. I would not order from them unless you are completely sure you will not return anything. The cabinet hardware I ordered did not look good on my cabinets, and you can't tell that in the store."
