I purchased 2 bundles of shingles, when I go pick them up, one of the bundles it's damaged more than half, I told them I wasn't going to pay full price for damaged shingles, the worker got mad and with attitude told me he was going to work on my refund. $81 full price for damaged shingles, what a joke."

"Our family purchased roofing supplies from this company and were told (at the time of sale) they would be roof dropped on Thursday, and the day of we were told they would be delivered between 3 and 6 PM. The time came and went, and nothing was delivered to us - and we were not even given a courtesy call to let us know there was an issue (and we couldn't get a hold of them as it was after business hours). When we contacted them this morning, our delivery had miraculously been delivered since they deliver until 8PM. Unfortunately for them, our cameras told a different story. When we called again to let them know our cameras did NOT show them delivering (not to mention we would've seen the supply on our roof had it been there), lo and behold... our delivery is and has been scheduled for Monday! Interestingly enough that was NOT mentioned when we called for an ETA yesterday nor when we called the first time this morning. We are now behind schedule on our project but hey, they got paid so I'm sure it doesn't matter to them. If you do business with this company, be warned."
