"I went in thinking this would take forever to place my order and get it loaded up into my vehicle. But Zack helped us out so promptly and professionally. His customer service was so amazing. He helped us in the front and then we saw him helping load up orders in the back! The blond girl up front was super nice and easy to work with. The selection here is HUGE and beautiful options!"

"Usually my go-to store. But I've been lied to about tools being in stock. Even after calling for visual to verfiy in stock. Took 30 min to find "instock tool. ".. then they finally give me the tool. Which has been previously returned. With busted cords. Took another 20-30 min for them to call another store and verfy in stock.new customer service girls working today need better training and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"If all goes well, F&D may be a good fit for your needs...BUT if they sell you a defective item, going to the dentist to get your teeth pulled might leave you with less pain. In short: Started installing LVP flooring but stopped immediately once natural light came through house windows revealing 2 different sheens. Discovered half of the 2 pallets (nearly 4,000 lbs) of planks were manufacturer error. Local store agreed this is a bad fault with the product and offered a corrective gesture literally not worth the time and damages, so had us contact corporate, but we’re realizing the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing there. Even learned during this process the local store is consulting customers to install their product in such a way that would void the warranty (this is not our situation, but just a side note for you). We’re not very pleased with the quality of customer service. Hopefully it’s a one-off for them and they treat you in such a manner as your business is worth to them - even if you’re the little guy."
