"Today I went by to look for a unique bolt for my Mercedes that was lost at the dealership for my rack and Pinion. I have already struck out at Lowe's, home Depot, and I was not going to be able to drive any further as this is a critical bolt for safety. The customer service at both of the previous locations including the dealership were out on vacation but not at River City Bolt & Screw. When I arrived I was immediately greeted, and even though I came empty-handed (without a bolt or dimms )they helped me find the dimms and had a bolt in my hand within minutes... Mercedes doesn't give the descriptions (Pitch, size etc.) So I was amazed when the service rep handed me the bolt... He also got me the heaviest duty knowing that it was going to go in a critical part of the car..... This customer service style has been missing from retail today, I was so glad I came here.... you have a customer for life guy's , thank you ."
