"I grew up in a small town where Ace truly was the place. In SA, the options are vast. It just happened that what I needed, on a Sunday, Ace was the closest at 14 miles away. I decided to call 1st to see if they would verify stock fully expecting an automated mess and to have to drive to find out. Not the case. A person answered and went to the shelf to confirm. That level of customer service is hard to come by anymore. It was equally pleasant when we got there."

They don’t have much in front of the store to drive attention, but thankfully they had an item I needed and google told me so. Shout out to Ethan for searching the store locating a Yeti accessory I came for. They have great sales, only wish they sold plants."

"Great place. Wide selection of goods that go beyond just a hardware store. Everything you might need for outdoor cooking. We went in for sandpaper and also picked up a birthday card. Super friendly service too. The owner also gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant we went to. The prime rib egg rolls were fabulous!"

"Came in because the Benjamin Moore website said the store carried their paint. Great service! Came in and was directed to paint/helped immediately. Grabbed a couple more painting tools (didn’t need much)- they were well stocked. Employee that mixed the paint carried the paint to the front for me since my other hand was full and there was no line at the register. If you are wanting paint, it’s WAY faster than Lowe’s or Home Depot and they had what I wanted."
