"Complete idiots. Placed an online order to be collected at the pro desk. It was at the other side of the store. Waited inline 30 minutes because there weren't enough people working and they were trying to fix other screwed up orders, which took forever. I spent almost an hour on something that should have taken 10. Minutes. I will NEVER shop Home Depot again as long as I live."
"This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a home improvement store.. I literally stood at the pro desk for 30+ minutes waiting to make a purchase while three people just drug there feet behind the desk.. the sad part was there was only 2 or three customer at the pro desk and we all had to wait extended time..I finally just had to give up and walked out the door!!! Time is money and they wasted enough of both. I personally will not be using their products services for my business or personal projects in the future.. it's sad how just a few individuals can give a entire company a bad reputation..
