"We bought a concrete dye from CMC that they mixed in store for us. Our contractor followed the recommendations given to him from CMC as far color ratios and brought the dye directly to the cement facility to be mixed before arriving at our house. For some reason, which still has no explanation, our concrete came out a pink color and not uniform. CMC agreed that it was not right and had a color rep come out who told us it just needed to be sealed, which we did, and did absolutely nothing. We have been waiting for weeks for a solution and have been told the color company will give us a stain, but that we will have to remove the sealer (which we did because they suggested it) and apply the stain ourselves, which will be very labor some or expensive to hire out to someone else. I asked if I could at least get a refund for the original dye and have been waiting for days for an answer, even though I was assured multiple times that I would get a call back momentarily. I know my husband has called multiple times to get this resolved as well. Not happy with the product, obviously, and very disappointed in the customer service."
