"Customer service is does not exist. Paid for my lumber order, was the first in line to pick up, had to honk my horn to get service after waiting 13 minutes. Asked why service was so slow and the response was "we are off loading a delivery" and there is a long line. So, off loading a truck comes before paying customers. The long line is because they get you to pay and then they make you wait to actually get your merchandise. This is one local business that is going to loose business as I get the word out."
