"I bought more than a thousand dollars worth of paint online. I did not hear back and after 5 days, I had to call to check on my order myself. I experienced TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: A lady answered the phone and stated she had called and that I didn't answer. That is incorrect, I had 0 missed calls from sherwin williams store on my phone. Furthermore, the store should have contacted me by email since my online order prompted my email info and they stated they would contact me when my order is ready (this never happened). The lady working in this physical store answered the phone very rudely and hung up the phone on me!! I had to physically go to the store in person (Wed Feb 10th) to talk to her to see what was going on since she refused talk or explain to me over the phone. I tried calling back several times and she never picked it up..she was actively trying to avoid me. Overall, due to this experience with this specific representative, I will never buy anything else from your store and would never recommend your products to anyone. This store should provide better customer service training to their representatives! (she was working by herself and stated she was the manager!.. which is shocking!). I have already filled out the feedback form on website."

"Today was not a good day usually Preston takes care of us with no hesitation, today the manager Hispanic lady was so rude and while she was talking to us she literally just walked away like really wow at that point we are walking out. Thank God for the other lady working today at least she was willing to try to fix the problem. Sorry I am disappointed but our company will no longer use Sherman Williams. Home Depot did take care of us three minutes later and we got our loyalty discount. Store is a good location and clean but the service from the management is horrible and that wasn’t my first time experiencing rudeness from her this week."
