"Went here to get our Christmas tree. It was my special needs daughter and myself. Not only did no one offer to help us but after we picked the tree and got the employee to agree to wrap it and prepare it while we went across to pay for it. Not only did he not acknowledge us when we came back another young man who was preparing a tree for somebody else told me our tree was there against the wall. And I then proceeded to load the tree by myself with absolutely no concern shown or acknowledgement of our existence from the original person who was busy eating himself sweeping a floor. I have purchased trees from this location many years and this is the first time I received non-existent help. I was very offended especially because it was so obvious I needed help"

"Everytime I go I have a good experience, customer service are what they are supposed to be and even workers in the isles are helpful. They have what I need I just wish I could be approved for their card. I'm working towards that one. I have had some plants die after planting and they will give you a refund for that. They do tend to water their plants at the wrong time of the day that makes them die and too much water also. Evening watering only home depot. Not in the sun light. Rain has nutrients and water from faucet has poisons. So very little watering from hoses. Thanks home depot for great shopping exsperinces!"
