"My experience has been awful. The installation was messy and inadequate. The crew was late on arrival and left after 4 hours leaving the job incomplete. The installation crew left my home a mess, they did not have a proper vacuum to clean up the carpet fibers. The used a broom to sweep off the baseboards and ran a home vacuum over the rooms quickly while not getting half the carpet fibers. The installers did not install the carpet correctly. They left a large seam and did not cut the carpet long enough and it does not even go under the baseboards. There are actual spaces from the walls. Some of the corners were not tucked under the baseboards just left out. I left texts and called the store their response was slow. When I let Mike Puente know my dissatisfaction he told me "he has nothing left to say to me. He would pass this along to the installation group." The entire experience has been bad down to the salesman and the installation crew. All I would like is another installation team to come out and repair and the errors and clean up properly. Not too much to ask for when you hired them to carpet over 1800 square feet."

"Peeks flooring in Flower Mound, Tx did a beautiful job with our floors, Quartz kitchen counter top and kitchen backsplash. Their flooring people are so professional. The job was done right and quicker than expected. When they left, the house was as clean as when they started. The kitchen backsplash tile came out so beautiful also. Their tiler was fantastic. Not one mistake and it wound up looking so much better than I had thought it would. I would 100% choose them again for my remodeling needs!"

"Peek's did a fair job fulfilling their service and commitments. Customer service, price and installation were fair for our carpet purchase. The selection of quality materials with fair prices seems okay at Peek's, which is what appealed to me to do business with them. We needed renovation for our bathroom and received a contact for a local contractor from Peek's salesperson. It seemed that there was an established history of satisfaction and quality workmanship. But, buyer beware... We sourced all our tile through Peek's. However, the tile work on the shower was HORRIBLE. Thank goodness by chance the floor was done by a professional other than the contractor's crew. I still cringe every time I look at the shower and make association with Peek's for that reason. Undoubtedly I will have to fix these mistakes in the future, but I will look for material sources other than Peek's."
