"Terrible experience. I placed an order online for a quart of paint on a Friday. By Monday I had never received a call that it was ready for pickup so I called and they said it was. I got to the store at 2pm today to pickup my order, stood there for ten minutes before being acknowledged. The man behind the counter finally said he could help me so I provided him with the email sent to me from the order. I only ever received one email. He said do you have something with the credit card on it and I told him this is the only email I received and I logged into my online account and pulled up the order as well. He said he couldn’t see where I paid for it. You cannot place an online order without paying for it. I showed him the credit card charge and he still did not believe that I paid for it so he had to make a phone call. They couldn’t seem to find my order, yet I provided him with the receipt and order number. He said the order number was not correct even though I was showing him the email with that number. Finally someone else calls him back and says he got the paint ready and it was paid because it was made online. Please, if you do online orders LEARN how they work and that you have to pay for it to be able to order the item. I left the store at 2:30. It took 30 minutes for him to figure this out. I will never go to this store again."
