"I purchased two stones from Mark at M&M. When my fabricator went to pick up the stones, Mark (the owner), told him that he could not take them because he was not finished cutting on them for a job. What? I paid cash for these stones and they belonged to me! I should have called the police, shown them my receipts, and taken the stones. Instead I told Mark to give me back my money. He refunded my money, but now I was in a jam to find a slab somewhere else so that the job could be finished within the next two days."
